Our advocacy helps shape and influence policies at the national level. Through effective advocacy efforts, we can work towards the development and implementation of policies that address key health issues and contribute to the overall progress of our nation.

ADVOCATING FOR PUBLIC HEALTH

OPTIMIST does not believe that the government signing on to the WHO amended International Health Regulations and Pandemic Treaty is in the interest of the Bahamian people.

advocatING for COMPREHENSIVE AND TRANSPARENT DATA FROM OUR GOVERNMENT

OPTIMIST advocates for comprehensive, transparent and accurate data from the Bahamian government on mortality categorized by vaccination records in order to  to better understand the impact of vaccination on overall public health outcomes.

OPTIMIST advocates for the early treatment of COVID-19 as well as treatments for the after effects of the spike protein contracted either through COVID or  COVID vaccination.

OPTIMIST advocates for "following the science" rather than the practice of  “trusting scientific experts” and not being allowed to question their interpretations of the data, or even see the data.
